Who I work with
My clients are usually managing more than one thing at once — a demanding job, relationships, responsibilities at home, and their own well-being somewhere at the bottom of the list. With a background in leadership and organizational change, I help clients see not just what's happening for them, but the workplace systems shaping it.

Therapy Methods
Practical, evidence-based approaches, tailored to what you’re working through
-
A practical approach that looks at how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. We’ll identify patterns that may increase anxiety or stress, keep you stuck, challenge assumptions that aren’t serving you, and develop more effective ways to respond to difficult situations.
-
A structured, evidence-based approach to improving sleep by addressing the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that can contribute to ongoing insomnia. Sleep problems often occur alongside stress, anxiety, burnout, or major life changes, so we can work on improving sleep while also addressing what may be contributing to it more broadly.
-
A goal-oriented approach that focuses on where you want to go, what is already working, and what can help you move forward. Instead of spending all our time analyzing the problem, we’ll identify practical changes and build on progress as it happens.
-
Sometimes you know something needs to change but aren’t sure what you want to do next. Motivational Interviewing provides a nonjudgmental way to work through that uncertainty, understand what matters most to you, and make decisions that feel consistent with your own priorities and values.
-
A strength-based approach recognizes that you come to therapy with existing skills, experiences, relationships, and resources—not just problems to solve. We’ll build on what already works for you while identifying where different strategies, perspectives, or support may be helpful.
Not sure if we’re a good fit?
